The HostFleet name, website design, copy, graphics, code, frameworks, methods, and other site materials are owned by HostFleet or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may view the site for ordinary business evaluation. You may not copy, resell, republish, or create derivative works from the site materials without written permission.

Search rankings, ad results, conversion rates, direct bookings, revenue, and platform outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. No result is guaranteed unless confirmed in a signed written agreement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HostFleet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website.

If liability cannot be excluded, HostFleet liability related to website use is limited to one hundred dollars.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date on this page shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
